About me

My name is Abdoul Sow, I am a fifth-year IT student at the University of Cincinnati, working on a double major in software development and cybersecurity. I am a creative and a deep fanatic in all things sci-fi, from Marvel, all the way to the Avatar franchise.

Why Photography?

First of all, let's get the most basic reason out of the way: Clicking the shutter button is addictive, it fuels my inner child. On a more serious note, it is a good mode of therapy for me. I mean, wouldn't you say capturing a perfect moment, pose, or smile and then later editing it to its true potential is peaceful, fun, and mind-clearing? That is what photography does for me...it gives me a way to flex my creative mind, be open to new visions and perspectives, as well as show people who I am and how I see the world.
